Precautions
1. The plate being processed should have no serious rust, no serious deformation, and no corrosion.
2. The plate processing width should not exceed the cutting width of the equipment
3. Pay attention to safety when loading pipe materials, and do not load materials or operate the machine if there are hidden dangers.
4. Workpiece processing accuracy; the higher the accuracy requirement, no common edges can be cut, and the diameter of the small hole should be larger than the thickness of the plate when cutting small holes.
5. The cross-section roughness of the cutting material is that the thicker the plate, the rougher the roughness.
6. Users must perform regular maintenance on the machine according to the operation and precautions. If the machine is damaged or fails due to lack of regular maintenance, our company will not provide free maintenance services, and a certain fee will be charged for on-site visits.
7. No flammable and explosive items should be placed around the machine for cutting, and fire extinguishing tools should be equipped and kept on hand. The operator should not leave the machine while the machine is running. Pay attention and observe at all times
8. When switching the switching station, it is strictly prohibited for two people to operate it at the same time and they must be within the working area of the machine.

4. Cutting range:
1. The cutting effect and speed are based on proofing as actual reference.
2. When the cutting effect of manganese steel, No. 45 steel and other materials is required to be relatively high, the speed and power need to be reduced.
3. The thicker the thickness, the greater the taper of the cutting surface. The actual cutting shall prevail.
5. Special reminder: If you need to cut copper, you must use high-pressure oxygen with an output pressure greater than 22MPa (that is, connect the nitrogen pipe to the oxygen bottle); if you need to cut brass or aluminum plates, you must use high-pressure nitrogen or air with an output pressure greater than 22MPa. The specific thickness range of each type of laser that can cut highly reflective materials must be confirmed by contacting our technicians before cutting. If any abnormalities occur during the cutting process, please contact our company as soon as possible. At the same time, please make sure your operators follow the precautions for laser cutting of highly reflective materials!
